Description
Beach Retreat is situated a few feet from the beach in Mundesley. Whilst this wonderful house has its lounge upstairs overlooking the sea, you may choose to while away the hours in the conservatory watching the stream meandering down to the sea. The terraced garden has its own seated patio area and the house comes complete with buckets, spades and everything you could possibly need for that wonderful family beach holiday.
Perfect for long beach walks whatever the weather. The village itself has a variety of shops including florists, gift shop, butchers, takeaways, post office, pharmacy and bakers. One of the oldest pubs in Norfolk, The Ship pub is just at the top of the road. Child and dog friendly it has a superb range of beers and wines and is passionate about food. The village is home to Mundesley Inshore Life Boat and the annual boxing day dip is not for the faint hearted! Also take a walk up to the beautifully restored Stow Mill. Ideally located for easy access to the Norfolk Broads and Norwich. Regular bus services run from the village as well as trains from the nearby town of North Walsham. Conveniently situated for Mundesley and the Royal Cromer golf courses. Easy access to local river and lake fishing areas.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels, tea cloths and beach towels all included. High chair, travel cot and stair gate are available on request. Decorated Tree over the Christmas period. Complimentary welcome pack. Dogs welcome. Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited. NOTE: 3 STEPS DOWN TO PATIO & UNFENCED STREAM BORDERS THE PROPERTY.
All bookings are based on arrival at 4pm and vacation of property by 10am, unless previously agreed with the owner. Short breaks are Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday. 7 night stays Saturday to Saturday. Other start dates may be available on request.
